He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. and Mary B. Sullivan (Michon). He is survived by: his wife LouAnn Sullivan (Gallup); his children, Amber and Errol; his grandchildren, Trevor and Hunter; and his sisters, Maureen Duffy (David Bush) and Mary Ellen Kennedy (Kevin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
