He is survived by: his son Brian Phelps of Enfield, CT; his sister Sandra Morris (late Austin); his grandchildren, Ashley Phelps, Alissa Himmelright (Robert), Benjamin Phelps (Felicia) and Allison Phelps (Jared); and his nieces, Kimberly, Krista, Donna, Patricia and Christine.
