He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bazanchuk and Sophie Bazanchuk (Yuha); and his siblings, John, Edward Bazanchuk and Marion Delaney.
He is survived by: his wife Frances A. Bazanchuk (Cousineau) of Westfield; his children, Kenneth W. Bazanchuk (Michelle) of Agawam and Lisa F. Renkowic (Dave) of Westfield; his granddaughters, Emily and Julianne Bazanchuk; and his sister-in-law Jackie Jaros. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
