He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Regan and Elizabeth "Betty Ann" Regan (Hoar); and his brother Kevin Regan. He is survived by: his children, Regina Kelleher (Timothy Kelleher) and Thomas Regan Jr. (Heather); his siblings, Terry Regan (Georgie), Joanne Podolski (Don), Mary, Gerry, Mike, Chris Regan (Fran) and Kate Wailgum (Brian); and his grandchildren, Allison Sullivan (Kelleher), Ryan Regan, Daniel, Frank and Timothy Kelleher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the Prader-Willi Association (https://www.pwsausa.org) to support the recent diagnosis of his great-granddaughter.
