He was predeceased by: his wife Anne (Apuzzo); his parents, Ted Alvis Gage and Wilda Fern Gage (Brillhart); his siblings, Patricia Klune (Gage) and Don; and his son Ted Anthony.
He is survived by: his daughter Luanne Gage of Westfield; his daughter-in-law Lisa Gage; and his grandchildren, Madison and Christopher Gage of Westfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews who considered him a second dad, and his dear friends.
