It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Earl Dowd of Westfield, Massachusetts, born in Newport, Rhode Island, who passed away on June 22, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Dowd and Virginia Dowd (Gardiner); and his brother William Dowd of Michigan. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jean Dowd (Fisher) of Westfield; his son Stephen Earl Dowd (Gina) of Westfield; his sisters, Pamela Zebrowski (Jerry) of Chester and Lesley Dowd of Chicopee; and his brother-in-law Bob Lidestri of Michigan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
