We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2021, at the age of 75, Sally Weatherwax (Westfield, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Kaleta and Stella Fialkowski; and her husband Wayne E. Weatherwax.

Donations may be made to charity of your choice. Sally's preferred charity was St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis TN. where we once lived.
