He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Blanchard and Marion Blanchard (Dorrington). He is survived by: his wife Sharon B. Blanchard (Harris) of Westfield; his sons, Scott R. Blanchard (Abigail) and Stephen C. Blanchard (Kristin) of Granby, CT; his brother Richard Blanchard (Beverly) of Westfield; and his grandchildren, Owen, Lydia, Phoebe, Deighton and Arlo.
