She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Sullivan and Cecilia W. Sullivan; her husband Charles Maynard; and her daughter Mary Lou Moccio. She is survived by: her son John "Jack" Maynard; her son-in-law James Moccio; and her grandsons, Tim Moccio (Erin) and Brian (Sheila).
