Patti A Cupak Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patti A Cupak of Westfield, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 17, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Patenaude Sr. and Karen Holmes (Raymond). She is survived by: her husband Dustin Cupak; her sons, Seth Cupak and Jake Cupak; her siblings, Robert Patenaude Jr. (Colleen) and Dawn Chartier (David); her parents-in-law, Theresa Cupak, Darryl Cupak Jr. and Kristen Cimini; and her nieces and nephews, Chris (Katie), Rachel, Carrie, Nicole, Jordyn, Kaylyn, Jack and Ryan.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Patti's name to the Whip City Animal Sanctuary, 232 Montgomery Rd, Westfield, MA 01085.
