He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Theriaque, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Martin (Greene) of Oil City, PA.; his children, Michael J. Theriaque, Jr. (Keishla) of Westfield and Meaghan M. Theriaque of Springfield; his former wife Mary Cato (Coffin) of Springfield; his siblings, Matthew, Arthur, John, Mark Theriaque and Patricia Theriaque; and his grandchildren, Kalob, Mansir, Ava, Michael III, Olivia, Ana and Jalexia.
