He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy and Richard. He is survived by: his sisters, Theresa Bailey Fathi-Ahmed and Tammy Tejeda; his girlfriend Annalin Holland; his nieces and nephews, Christina Guiel, Alyssa Blake, Marissa, Maryanne Perez, Shane, Shantel and Noah Senior; and his stepfather Fred Smith.
