She was predeceased by: her parents, Asuncion Lopez and Perfecta Quiñones; her husband Rafael Vázquez Cruz; and her siblings, Angelita Santiago Quiñones, Rosa Lopez and Ramon Santiago.
She is survived by: her children, Miriam Rivera (late Luis Rivera) of Humacao, Puerto Rico, Nancy Halloran (Timothy Halloran) of Westfield and Jimmy Vázquez (Pamela); her grandchildren, Luis M. Rivera, Jr., Nayda Padilla (Pedro), Lyllian Ayala (Hector), Kelsey Halloran (Jonathan Croft), Sara Halloran (Michael Frayne), Jamieson Vázquez (Stephanie Querzoli), Nicholas Vázquez (Lauren), Nathaniel Vázquez (Jessica Fenderson) and Sean McFarland (Emily Ward); and her siblings, Julia Lopez Rojas, Lydia Rivera, Jose Luis Santiago, Luz Santiago and Gloria Santiago.
