With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorraine Carole Grimsley of Westfield, Massachusetts, born in Erving, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 25, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Edward J. Adamites; her son James F. Grimsley, Jr.; and her brother Kajetan Adamites. She is survived by: her mother Ella K. Adamites (Barber) of Westfield, MA; her significant other Jack Gelgut of Westfield, MA; her children, Kent Grimsley of Rockport, MA, Justin Grimsley (Jennifer) of Cheshire, CT, Sharon Chambers of Westfield, MA and Michele Bean (Aaron) of Wilmington, NC; her sisters, Kathleen Van Orman (Glenn) of Lenox, MA and Theresa Tulyholowycz (Mark) of Southwick, MA; her grandchildren, James Ribiero, Dylan Grimsley, Marissa Grimsley, Levi Grimsley, Kimberly Miller (Brad), Lori Haftman (Nick), Heather Cawthra (Will), Chad Bannish, Brianna Grimsley and Tyler Grimsley; and her daughter-in-law Becki Grimsley of Pittsfield, MA. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, many other family members and friends.
