With solemn reverence, we commemorate Joseph Picard of Westfield, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, whose life came to an end on November 6, 2024 at the age of 76, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arminie Picard and Doretta Picard (Larocque); and his brother John Picard of Springfield. He is survived by: his wife Janet S. Picard (Drapeau) of Westfield; his daughters, Jamie C. Barnes (Matthew) of Westfield and Jessica R. Whalley (Christopher) of Southwick; his siblings, Frank Picard (Ann) of Florence and Joanne Murphy (John) of Westfield; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Jacob, Paul, Lorelai and Braelynn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Firtion Adams Funeral Home (76 Broad St, Westfield, MA 01085). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:30 AM and at 11:30 AM. The military honors was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery (1390 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001).
