She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanislaw Goralczyk and Zofia Goralczyk (Nikiel); her husband Kazimierz Urban; and her sons, Zdzislaw and John Urban.

She is survived by: her children, Lester Urban of Westfield, Sophie Parker (Ward) of Mashpee Ma, Anna Urban of Westfield, Andrew Urban (Gail) of Westfield and Donna Gauthier (David) of Chester Ma. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
