She is survived by: her husband John P. Pietskowski; her children, John "Jack" Welch, Michael Welch and Debbi Leveille; her grandchildren, Cody, Hunter, Jessica, Lindsey, Evan, Sierra, Anthony and Sydney; her sisters-in-law, Poly Monroe and Mary Monroe; and her children-in-law, Debra Welch, Lolita Welch and Mark Leveille.
