He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Carboneau (Oleksak); his parents, Norman Carboneau and Helen Carboneau; and his brother Roger Carboneau. He is survived by: his children, Brian Carboneau (Arline) of Littleton, MA, Mark Carboneau of Westfield, MA, Stephen Carboneau (Ellen Fecci) of Sherman, CT. and Cheryl Carboneau (Tony Rousseau) of Simsbury, CT; his children-in-law, Abigail Carboneau, Karin Carboneau and Jack Carty; and his grandchildren, Jake Carboneau, Julia Carboneau, Jacqueline Carboneau, Alexandra Carty, John Carty, Jerry Carboneau, Sophie Carboneau, Garrett Carboneau and Evan Carboneau. He is also survived by friends and family.
