It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Farnham Harling Jr. of Westfield, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 13, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marcelle J. Mackba. He is survived by: his sister Venus (Albert); his children, Dr. Christine J. Harling-Berg of Sudbury, MA, Dr. Tamara R. Harling of Duxbury, MA, Michal Harling and Dr. Frederick J. Harling of Westfield, MA; his sons-in-law, Christophe J. Berg and Todd Pennas; his grandchildren, Matthew F. Berg (Ellen Witkowski), Alexandra E. Berg, Dr. Adrian N. Berg, Cameron Penn, Layla Penn, Helena Penn, Erik Penn and Madeleine A. Berg; his sister Priscilla Mueller; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. Venus Masselam (Albert Fleig), George Masselam, Mary Hamblen, Wesley Hamblen, Josef Mueller and Frederick. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
