She was predeceased by: her parents, William Polaski and Julia Polaski; her husband Donald R. Godin; and her siblings, Helen Hursh, James W. Polaski and Thomas S. Polaski.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Anne Polaski of Groton, MA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
