He was predeceased by: his parents, William Puza Sr. and Victoria Puza (Kuzel); and his siblings, Joan Slipkowski, William Puza Jr. and Leonard Puza.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Puza (Fortier); his children, Lisa Heath (Ed) of Southampton, Bekki Owens (Don) of Springfield, Vicky Puza-Allen (Jim) of Southampton and Josh Puza (Stacy) of Chesterfield; his grandchildren, Brendan, Harley, Creed, Jesse, Taw, Cuinn and Odin; his sisters, Dolores Wolfe of Southampton and Marcia Placzek of Saco Maine; and his sister-in-law Patricia Fortier of Brewster, MA. He is also survived by family members, friends.
