He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Perry and Irene Perry (Lafond); his wife Mary Perry (Howard); and his brothers, Robert and Gerald.
He is survived by: his daughter Jacqueline E. Paye (Roger) of West Springfield; his granddaughters, Laura and Stephanie Paye; his close friend Joyce Gingras of Southampton; his siblings, John "Jack" Perry (Barbara), Richard Perry (Anita) of West Springfield and Katherine Duclos; and his siblings-in-law, Anna Pitoniak of Westfield and Ronald Carrier of Westfield.
