It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald A Carignan of Westfield, Massachusetts, born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, who passed away on July 29, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his brother Gerald Carignan of Wakefield, RI; his wife Mildred "Jan" Carignan (McCormick); his children, Dawn Carignan Thomas of Westfield, MA, Gregory Carignan (Beverly) of Southwick, MA, Jeffrey Carignan (Amy) of Framingham, MA and Pamela Carignan (James Jesick) of Simsbury, CT; his grandchildren, Ashley Thomas, Alyson Thomas, Cristina Holmes (Carignan), Britney Carignan, Calla Carignan and Connor Carignan; and his great grandchildren, Jameson Henry, Audrey Holmes and Lucas Holmes.
