He was predeceased by: his parents, Adelard Boivin and Mary Boivin (Sarnecka). He is survived by: his wife Rita J. Boivin (Therrien); and his sons, Donald J. Boivin, Jr. (Paulette) and Jeffrey M. Boivin. He is also survived by two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
