David W O'Brien Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2021, at the age of 72, David W O'Brien (Westfield, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert O'Brien and Eleanor O'Brien of Westfield. He is survived by: his wife Karen Reed O'Brien; his children, William (Trisha) of Lockport, NY, Sean (Kate) of Pawcatuck, CT and Lynn (Michael) of Chicopee, MA; his grandchildren, Bridget, Connor and Kylie; his siblings, Pat Dennis and Robert O'Brien (Judy); his mother-in-law Therese Reed; and his pet Molly. He is also survived by Sister/Brother-in-law's & many nieces/nephews.
