He was predeceased by: his daughter Kelley M. Tompkins. He is survived by: his wife Karen L. Tompkins; his children, Noel R. Whalen and Jason E. Tompkins; his siblings, Pat Mascetti and Franklin Tompkins; and his grandchildren, Brandon Tompkins and Eliza Whalen.
