She was predeceased by: her parents, Jozef Misterka and Helen Misterka (Kaczowka) of Indian Orchard; her husband Walter "Buddy" Czelusniak; and her brother Stanley Misterka. She is survived by: her children, Christine Smith of Mendon, Barbara Kajos (George) of Westborough and James Czelusniak of Westfield; her grandchildren, Nicole Bryant (Shawn) of Marlborough, Amanda Spindola (Michael) of Mendon, Jacqueline Kajos Kingsby (Shadanta) of San Leandro, CA and William Kajos of New York City; and her great grandchildren, Jerel Bryant, Elyse Spindola, Sebastian Bryant, Charlotte Spindola and Quincy Kajos Kingsby.
