We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Timothy J. O'Neil of Westborough, Massachusetts, born in Natick, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gregory "Greg" O'Neil and Alma Lucille O'Neil (Harvey). He is survived by: his children, Julia O'Neil-Welch (Patrick Welch), Aaron O'Neil, Luke O'Neil, Emily O'Neil and David O'Neil (Shannon Kennedy); his grandchildren, Laura Buchanan (David Buchanan III), Alexander Welch (Alexa Pacheco) and Merideth Welch; and his great grandchildren, Iris Buchanan and Meadow Welch. He is also survived by his many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins.
