He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Arthur Foster Sr. and Kathleen Foster (Weigand); and his brother John Foster of Bloomsburg, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Foster (Fahringer) of Westborough; his children, Rebecca Davis (Claud) of Southborough and Thomas Foster III (Jacqueline) of Chapin; and his grandchildren, Katherine Foster, Sarah Foster, Jennifer Davis, Matthew Davis and Thomas Davis.
