He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Flahive and Mary Flahive (McDonald). He is survived by: his wife Eileen (Dunne); his children, Susan L. DiVita (Michael) of San Jose, CA, Daniel F. Flahive (Melissa) of Westborough and Mary S. Manuelian (Mark) of Westborough; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Kosh, Samuel Manuelian, Nicholas, Jessica, Victoria, Carly and Kevin Flahive.
