She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Baggett and Thelma Baggett (Beach); her brother Terrell Baggett; her niece Sabrina Baggett; and her cousin Donna Dalzell.
She is survived by: her husband Lee R. Strout; her children, Kimber, Barton (Terrence) and Robin Pease (Charles); her grandchildren, Benjamin, David Barton (Amanda), Aleecia and Kathryn Pease; her nephew Terrell Baggett, Jr. (Exchange); and her great-niece Ursula Schmidt.
