She was predeceased by: her spouse Charles Sumner III of Fairport; and her parent Lawrence Stone. She is survived by: her parent Linda Stone (Cahoon); her children, Shelley S. Dropkin (Keith) of Framingham, Charles R. "Chip" Sumner of Fairport, NY, Roger C. Sumner (Amy) of Maple Glen, PA and Eric E. Sumner (Pamela) of Scottsdale, AZ; her sister Ruth Stone DeVries of Fairport, NY; and her grandchildren, Stephen Dropkin, Korey Dropkin, Curtis, Perie, Stuart Sumner, Ethan, Adam and Owen Sumner.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Shirley's memory may be made to the Sumner Youth Support Fund, in care of the First Congregational Church, 26 East Church Street, Fairport, NY 14450.
