She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Russell Noecker and Anna Ragusa Noecker; her significant other Charles H C Foster of Westborough, MA; and her siblings, Karen Noecker Thomas of Plymouth, PA, Barbara Noecker Young of Gibsonia, PA, Margaret Jo Noecker of Gilbertsville, PA, Candia Noecker Cater of Wesley Chapel, FL and Walter Russell Noecker, Jr. of Plymouth, PA.
