It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth E. Bean of Westborough, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 20, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald K. Bean, Jr.; her parents, Walter Aldrich and Harriett Aldrich (Harrington); her former husband Roland O'Brien; her son Roland O'Brien, Jr.; her grandsons, Shaun Spaulding and Michael Bean; and her siblings, Nancy Whelan, Virginia Corliss, Kenneth Aldrich, Donald Aldrich, Walter Aldrich and Barbara Calcagno.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia D. Drisko (John) of Westborough, Donald K. Bean, III (Cheryl) of Westborough, Ruth L. Spaulding (Mark) of Millbury and Robert W. Bean of Everett; and her brother Robert Aldrich of Westborough. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
