He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Fay and Ruth E. Fay (Wheeler); and his siblings, Dennis Fay and Kathryn Fay. He is survived by: his wife Judith C. Fay (McKinstry); his children, Earl W. Fay (Julie Ann) of Milton and Joyce P Lahna (Eric) of Hastings, FL; his brother Charles Fay (Li); his sister-in-law Shiela Fay; and his grandchildren, Robert Lahna, Suzanne Lahna, Abigail Fay, Brian Fay and Timothy Fay.
