He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Frank Franklin and Violet Jemmett. He is survived by: his children, Lauren Reagan and Richard Franklin Jr. (Alysha) of Orleans; his siblings, Satch Franklin of Florida and Rita Rose of Marstons Mills; his granddaughter Molly Reaga; his niece Chanell Jatkola; and his nephews, Greg Rose Jr., Curtis Rose and Che Franklin.
