He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Pond and Winifred Pond (O'Neil). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Pond (Haskell); his daughter Caitlin Jaeger (James); and his siblings, William Pond, Robert Pond, Stephen Pond, Edward Pond, Martin Pond, Maryanna Pond, Constance Pillsbury, Judith Slonka, Christine Pond, Regina Carnathan and Rita Garrahan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
