He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Levine and Samuel Levine; and his brother Eliot Levine. He is survived by: his wife Judith (Epstein); his children, Shari Levine, Steven Grant of South Burlington and Kara Levine of Westborough, MA.; and his grandchildren, Chloe Grant and Mitchell Grant.
