He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Steen and Ernine Steen (Baker); and his siblings, Harold Steen, Raymond Steen and Ernine Linne.
He is survived by: his spouse Berit Steen (Andersson); his children, Jennifer J. Mele (Philip) of Blackstone and Jon E. Steen (Kimberly) of Sutton; his brothers, Donald Steen of Ridgewood, NJ and Burton Steen of Westborough; his siblings-in-law, Velma Jane Steen of Marco Island, FL and Alf Derenas of Westboro; his grandsons, Domenic Mele and Zachary Steen; and his stepgrandson Brian Mele. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
