He is survived by: his mother Mary Jane Chase; his siblings, Cherylann (Donald), Laurie (Jim), Scott (Maria) and Jeffrey (Betty); his children, Justin (Emily) and Lindsey (Tyler); his grandchildren, Aubrey, Jackson Chase and Tessa; and his children, Millie, Riley, Wade and Logan Brimhall.
