He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Maloney and Ida Mae Maloney (DeTemple); and his siblings, John, James, Joseph, Richard, David and Patricia.

He is survived by: his significant other Valarie Maloney (Simmons); his daughter-in-law Jamie Havlin; and his sister-in-law Gloria Maloney Sgro. He is also survived by 50 nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
