He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nga Hua; his children, Hoa To (Kiang Tran) of Worcester, Thuong To (Fong To) of New Jersey, Lan Truong (Quoc Truong) of Worcester, Hue Tat (Binh Ly) of Worcester, Binh To (Chau Chung) of Worcester, Mai To (Minh Diep) of Acton and Jessica Lay (James Lay) of Westborough; and his parents, Duc To and Thi Lam. He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
