He is survived by: his mother Marie Jernberg (Nelson) of Westborough; his siblings, Lisa Antaya (Paul) of Sutton and Craig Jernberg (Christal Coyle) of Harwich; his nephews, Nathan Antaya of Northbridge and Jacob Jernberg of Tallahassee, FL; his niece Heidi Jernberg of Cape Coral, FL; his stepsiblings, Kim Dawson and Jeff Dawson (April); and his children, Amanda of Cape Cod, William of Cape Cod, Kaitlynne of Cape Cod and Kylie of Cape Cod.
