He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory L. Harvey and Luta L. Harvey (Grimes); and his siblings, Elizabeth Lasselle, Alma O'Neil, Robert Harvey and Martha Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Harvey (McGlory); his children, Lynda H. Walcott of Westborough, James E. Harvey of Westborough, Douglas H. Harvey (Sarah) of Hopkinton and Steven A. Harvey (Debora) of Hopkinton; his grandchildren, Meredyth, Mark, Joshua, Emily, Lauren, Lindsay, Olivia, Victoria, Paige, Julia and Tess; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Allison, Adrian, Norman, Gianna, Colton, Ada and Sophia.
