He is survived by: his wife Susan J. Arnold (Weber); his parents, Herbert Arnold and Verne Arnold (Barnes); his children, Melissa Underwood (Arnold), Adam Arnold, Zachary Arnold and Aubrey Armento; his brothers, Eddie Arnold, Shawn Arnold and Andy Arnold; and his granddaughter Ava Underwood.
