He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Merrill Watts and Julia Estelle Watts (Tilton). He is survived by: his wife Lynn Seibold; and his children, David Watts, Timothy Watts, Julia Carolino and Nancy Watts-Orfao. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
