He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ward and Mary Ward (Haven); and his siblings, Virginia Ward and Albert Ward. He is survived by: his siblings, Catherine E. Ward of Westborough and Walter H. Ward (Linda) of Shrewsbury. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
