We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2021, at the age of 85, Elaine Bulger of Westborough, Massachusetts, born in Framingham, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Bulger and Grayce O'Neill (Hayden); and her siblings, Mary Jane Foley, Beverly Bulger and Jon Bulger.
She is survived by: her sisters, Grayce Mullen (Grafton) and Connie Rebakas Fisher of Millbury. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
