He was predeceased by: his wife Mary A. Collins (Sharpe); and his parents, Alphonse Schwartz and Mary Schwartz (Collins). He is survived by: his children, Mary Elizabeth Collins of Marlborough, Margaret M. Jankins of Plymouth, Donald W. Collins, Jr. of Laramie, WY, Arthur J. Collins of Sturbridge, Sharon T. Collins of Westborough and Kathleen D. Collins of Revere. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
