He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Butcher and Opie Butcher (Perdue); his children, David Butcher and Donna Donovan; and his siblings, Annafay, Peggy and Earl.
He is survived by: his daughter Dana S. Howell (Robert) of Portsmouth, NH; his sister Linda Stringer of Ohio; his grandchildren, David Butcher, Jr., Meghan Donovan, Kristen Butcher and Kadyn Howell; and his great grandchild David Butcher, III.
